The birth and journey was so interesting,one night I dreamt that I was having twinsboy and girl, and it turned out that only the boy was mine. So in 2013 my self and sister was pregnant she was carrying the girl and I the boy,very nice pregnancy we went to clinic together but it so happen she gave birth August 29th and I was left alone for 11 days I welcomed my 1st and only child Destin, 8th of September 2013💙

aahhh this session is a bitter sweet.. I laugh at the jokes, and I tears filled my eyes, because this discussion speaks about me and what I have been through and still going through. Just love me some Tess. I needed this and didn't even know. Going through such a tough time and feeling so frustrated and tired. Was ready to give up at one point. Slowly but surely after God trying to move forward. My biggest problem is asking for help when I know I need it God it's so hard. Afraid of rejection and shame even tho I know that we all need some kind of help at some point it's still doesn't make it any easier.

This is my third time listening to this episode. It’s not a substitute for therapy(which I do once a week going on a year). This episode is a great therapeutic experience! ESPECIALLY for women who’s self confidence may waiver. On another note, congratulations on CVM, do you miss us???
