Detached nd i love that every room had its own bathroom.. the master sold me nd loved that it was presentable with all the finishing on doors tiles cabinets etc🙌🏽💜

Obviously it’s a beautiful house but the price is way too high.There are No special features. Going by the standard that I have seen,it’s just not worth it.

Fully detached is my jam, although this property ain't it. I am poor, but my taste is outta sight!! This property is devoid of a single greenery, even though there are spaces that greenery could have been incorporated. At @2;17 mins, look at the neighboring properties. they have at least a little bit of greenery in the front. Why in the world can't Nigerian builders leave just a strip of land unpaved for a little greenery? Look at the astro-turf (fake grass) @ .09mins. The builder could definitely have left a little space like that for some greenery. Hi Bayo. Can you please tell your cameraman not to focus on you too much, but the space? Although we like looking at you, but I'd like to get a feel of the space you are showcasing as well. I was hoping to see a pan of the place from the entry doorway looking straight to the kitchen area in the back. Btw. Is it possible to find land for N10Mil in a good area of Lagos? Thanks for always bringing us good stuff.

Are you sure there are no bedroom downstairs, maybe the door you could not open is a guest bedroom. most Nigerian duplex houses have guest bedroom down stair. The house is nice.

I can't understand why west African developers hate green spaces.?no green spaces with houses no parks for the city
