Interesting. Especially learning about the CCC. Nice camera work as well. I've a renewed respect for Alabama. Thanks for the attention to the surrounding flora and fauna and all the critters there about.

Just found you…love that Oliver. Does the 150 tow it easily? Do you plan on visiting Lake Guntersville State Park? It’s well worth it…I just subscribed and looking forward to watching your travels…after watching this video, I will be going to Cheaha…. Thanks

Hi, yes my F-150 does fine towing the Oliver- It is a 4WD 5.0 V8 and I get about 12-13 MPG. If I had to do it all over again, I might have gotten an F-250 instead, but otherwise, it does fine. I am planning on visiting Lake Guntersville for the Oliver Rally there in May! Never been before, but the photos are beautiful. Really do recommend Cheaha- being up on the mountain is a different kind of environment than the rest of Alabama, for sure. Thanks for subscribing and watching!

Very nice video Steve. We are interested in the Oliver and your video about picking yours up was quite informational. How do you transport your camera and what type camera do you use when walking around?

Thanks! The Oliver is a great camper, I am really enjoying it. As far as camera, this video was shot all with my iPhone Pro Max 14, which is what I use when walking around. Some of the other shots were with an older GoPro Hero 9. Thanks for watching!

How easy is it for you to hitch up your Oliver by yourself?
@StevesRoadTripChronicles
@StevesRoadTripChronicles Жыл бұрын
It is pretty easy- the backup camera on my F-150 has a zoom-in mode that makes it easy to line up the hitch. Backup camera on the Oliver makes backing in easier too, but I always get out and scout the spot beforehand.
