I've seen some of the professional conversions, but I like this layout most. This was a pretty awesome build, especially for a novice. My personal spin: 6"-1' extra width, a 2 in 1 toilet/vanity combo on one side, and a shower/ wall shower rack organizer on the other.

Big concerns: the light switch and outlet do not seem safe, the remaining window has no shade over it so I'd be a tad concerned but some tint or something could fix that, and there isn't a waterproof door which may make the rest of the bus humid.

He really should have watched more videos on the vinyl membrane installation. The floor is supposed to be leveled first then, the membrane. The membrane is there to catch and drain moisture. The way he did it, the moisture will sit in low spots but, never drain. That moisture sits and turns to mold. Hopefully, he doesn't have problems.
