Helpful video - thanks. Just want to clean my my soffits & a little bit of siding every 1-2 yrs with a box store pressure washer and some misc odds & ends :) Lot of info and different terminology, but your videos made it clearer for me - especially around the sh ratios (out the nozzle, my term). hello MR bubbles i appreciate old your good videos i live in key west fl i have been doing all kind of cleaning and also some houses and im learning so much with your videos in key west most of the roofs are galvalounme or whaever they call it my question is if you are downstreaming a house and some of those roofs are in different shapes i understand some of those roofs can not be spray with shhow do you avoid that i dont know if im explaining myselfthank you

I love Key West! I was just there for vacation...lots of money to be made in the Keys if you do this right! You can downstream just fine, just be careful not to put too much overspray on metal roofs. If you have doubt, always do a test strip first and go from there. Market yourself properly down there and you will make a killing, make sure your pricing is on point.

thanks for the awesome question brother....not if you have the right surfactant, we use snotmanade. Also, the whole process happens pretty quickly you just have to make sure you rinse thoroughly at the end!
