Sitting down with Jeanne Larson for Part Two was an absolute pleasure. We spoke a little bit more about what we don't see below the surface. Kind of like an Ice Burg. I love the iceberg analogy-it's a powerful way to explain how so much of our internal world remains hidden from view. Just like an iceberg, what we show to others on the surface is only a fraction of what we're actually experiencing. Beneath the surface are our emotions, traumas, and unresolved feelings, many of which influence how we act and interact with others. Way to often we look at ourselves through the eyes of others. When we realize that everyone has their own hidden depths-things they may be struggling with that we can't immediately see-it becomes easier to approach others with kindness, patience, and understanding. It also reminds us to be gentle with ourselves, as we, too, have those hidden parts that need care and attention.
Jeanne is offering a FREE Discovery Session to those who mentioned the show.
