I hope you all have more lesbians on your podcast and some black lesbians! I feel that there really isn’t enough representation for lesbians especially lesbians or color. We need to have a voice and be able to talk about the interactions of dating different women.

We call them stem not futch or call them 😅chapstick lesbian. Also most often instead of butch we call them masc lesbians. There's plenty of femme femme relationships too so we don't always have а more masc woman. Another thing from what I hear masc presenting women 😊are often very soft and half the time more submissive or bottoms, they're not always dominant/tops/ killing spiders etc

You probably should consider having a more knowledgeable person on to help explain these concepts. Butch/Dike aren’t just acceptable to people who identify as white. There are POC who are older (60 plus) who often identify this way also. Maybe ask Nneka Onuorah to come on the show and help you better understand. She’s done several documentaries on the subject. The fumbling around trying to talk about these subjects becomes very annoying after a while.
@WHOREibleDecisions6 ай бұрын
We didn’t bring Mal to come on about that in particular though, not everyone is an expert and neither are we. Shes on to talk about her experiences, her life, and just have fun in this space with us. We ofc would be down to ask Nneka to come on too❤ - W
@DubVic6 ай бұрын
@@WHOREibleDecisions I can appreciate your purpose for the interview. However you also asked her to speak on things from her experience which spoke to the larger LGBTQIA community. Some of the assertions were inaccurate and based on assumptions in her limited experience. I just think that questions you asked would be better suited for someone who has more knowledge and experience. You have to remember there are numerous individuals that use your fun conversations as a means of informed discussion that they build a mindset around. So more informed individuals that can also be fun would be helpful

As a straight male I have a question.. why does it have to be as a lesbian we hate men? It’s always been so strange to hear that largely coming from that community. We can’t it just be love lol
@ayymurray25296 ай бұрын
Well as a fellow lesbian. I don’t hate men at all. Adore a man, especially a black Man.
@ivannarandall21026 ай бұрын
Not all lesbians feel that way, it’s only some and usually it’s because of personal experience. For example, men often don’t respect that I’m a lesbian. They’ll keep hitting on me and won’t take rejection and they’ll be rude to me. I’ve had some uncomfortable experiences. However, I don’t hate all men.

It’s not about being lesbian , it’s about being a woman.

Because those are the loudest voices on the internet. The hate doesn't come from you being a man, it comes from the problematic ways men are socialized to interact with us as women. These complaints are not just voiced by queer women.

The LGBTQIA community focuses a lot on heteronormative standards. There is a historical context to this. You really need some more knowledgeable individuals to talk about this subject. No offense to Mal, but she was way out of her depth on this subject
