Honestly, that looked like a really well set out micro apartment. Someone had thought of how to use the space as efficiently as possible, and it's nice to have the separation of the laundry/kitchen from the living area.

you could put a microwave and some shelves over the washing machine, also it looks like there is space next to the washing machine to put a folding stool and folding table, I like this space, I just don't understand why the bathroom door has a window so you see the toilet but you could get a frosted glass sticker to cover it, I really like that the main/bed room is separated from the kitchen/laundry/toilet I think thats good for mental health to have separation of areas. I see a lot of potential here, you can get storage for under the sink, those hanging shelve things on the clothing rail and the view out the window looks good too.

A big plus that the bathroom is sealed off from the rest of the living space. For sanitary reasons, I can’t imagine flushing out in the open where you would cook, eat, work and sleep. The apartment with the toilet at the entrance gives me heebee -jeebees.

In the UK... this whole micro apartment is the size of my lounge, my bedroom is slightly bigger, I have a kitchen the size of the whole micro kitchen and bathroom, and then I have an office 6ft x 6ft where I'm currently sitting typing this. The 'office' is the room I spend the most time, working from home during the day, and browsing or playing games online. My 10 year mortgage is £148 per month, costing £15,000 on a local council 'right to buy' from the council as a 'social landlord'. I am astonished at the difference between our situations. I wish you well and good fortunes.

Finally an apt. with aesthetic design. The wood gives you a cosy feeling, the sliding door is perfect, should be used in every micro, indeed. You should really consider another space saving bed solution, like bunk bed, or pull out sofa bed, and foldable table etc. Shelves on the walls, and bathroom cabinets that are less deep etc. Multifunctional resp. space saving furniture is needed in micros. I like this apt, it has good features and is affordable, too. Spidy would like it 😊

A bunk bed frees floor space and is friendlier than a loft ladder. I was in a hostel once that had metal frame bed with stairs that had a landing that could store a little bit. Another upside is that depending on the window size the sleeping area could be darker than the floor level workspace.

I actually prefer this one. I like the fact that you will have a refrigerator. A freezer to store your Haagen Dazs is a win-win! A sliding door for the sleeping area is very useful. Even though the bathroom is small it has a tub. You can always find a way to have a small area for your workspace.

Bonjour Usui, Douillet, lumineux, joliment décoré, beaucoup de rangements, cet appartement apporte une sensation de bien-être, d'apaisement. De très bonnes énergies s'en dégagent. C'est celui que je préfère sans aucun doute. Spiderman ne s'y sentira pas cloîtré et le réfrigérateur-congélateur déja présent est un vrai bonus. Though expensive, it seems quite efficient. Lots of shelves and storage and a nice separation of areas. The triangular area above the washer could have a basket or bin with underwear and socks with rolled towels for the bath in the triangular corners.

A murphy bed or a couch that pulls out to be a bed, so you could have an office area. If you need a tv a projector would be good, I'd use my laptop which I do now even though I have a tv. There is also a foldable table, which you could use by the sofa pull out as your office. The use of multifunctional furniture would be amazing in this apt.

Usui. I love this one! Small, yes, however, You can make this work! 9 on my scale. I would get a sofa/bed. Make it fell like a living room as well as a bedroom. Small curtain over the closet to keep things private.

The glass door on the bathroom could be covered by those frosted stickers that are easy to apply and remove in case you do not want it anymore or you want to change the design, cause there are many to choose from!

Definitely not doing any real cooking in a place like this with that tiny little fridge. But can for sure store ice cream like you mentioned as well as snacks and maybe some yogurt, fruit, or leftover food from a restaurant. Washer and dryer combo super useful in this tiny space. Can keep extra toiletries and detergents and towels in the space to the right of it for storage. Triangular storage is super cool. Possibly just use it as a charge station but also for dry food storage as well as kitchen storage for those that can cook. Maybe that shelf on top of the toilet would be best for the detergent and toilet paper like you say, hehe. Bathtub isnt wide but its quite long compared to what I was expecting. Nice fan for ventilation as well as clothes dry wiring as well. Super good bathroom. Even the toilet is kind of like a bidet. Cannot imagine needing curtains in a place as private as this. Heck! I wouldn't mind if the glass door was removed and just instead install a curtain there to keep smells out. Bed would be a pull out couch if they have those in Japan. Long enough space to let it come out as long as there is something like a standing desk to place a computer. Standing desk saves a bit of space but also means you aren't in need of a chair, which can get clunky. You could go a small desk if you wanted but you'd need a foldable that you can place underneath the bed when you pull it out. Can definitely use a mini projector to watch shows on or use a large desktop monitor as well. Super efficient little space. Clothes would have to be kept hanging in the open closet underneath the air conditioner. Sheets for the bed next to the air conditioning unit. Replace the blinds with curtains. I don't enjoy blinds like that. Seeing that cubby near the entrance was super good to see. Dry storage goods as well as hygienics and soaps and possibly underwear and socks, even other shoes as well.

I would put a bunk bed that had the bottom bed that turned into a couch or the kind that had a couch/bed plus a small desk under the top bunk here to make it feel like a living room and bedroom 😊

Looks pretty nice. Maybe you can go with a futon or a maybe a couch/sofa that converts into a bed to save space for your desk (which could also be folding) and other things when you are not sleeping to keep the main living space flexible. Just an idea. Love the videos, looking forward to more!

the shelves next to the sink for a few bowls, chopsticks, ramen etc on top of the washmachine, a mini ricecooker, or a micro - oven? .. a dark frosted plastic to cover the door of the toilet please.... as i dont have much, I would add a couple of those muji crates with wheels for storage, and the clothes with colour matching cover protection from Daiso😊 A sofa bed and a sliding desk will do

Could you add the distance to the closest yamanote line station, even if you don't say which? Once you get to the yamanote line I found the rest of the city was pretty much all about 30-60 minutes away at most, so that would make prices make more sense in the context of "this place is just a toilet with a loft you have to climb a rope for, but you are directly on the yamanote line."

Hello, Usui. Greetings from Lima, Peru. I like that the room is separated by a wall from the rest. The fact that it comes with a refrigerator and washing machine is an important plus. What you store under the sink in your current apartment can be placed on that shelf at the entrance. The fact that the bathroom door has glass, I don't know, in case you have visitors, it wouldn't be so private, don't you think? I love the lighting, although unfortunately it is only in the room, not in the entire apartment. Although this is a rental, the "Paco" house is still the best of all, but also the most expensive. Of the departments, I like this one the most. The first, as I told you, the fact that the bed is going up a staircase does not give me much security. Well, I love following you. And Spiderman is going to have a privileged environment, apparently. Until then. Blessings.

Great apartment. Only one defect: the bathroom lacks a sink that could be installed on top of the toilet. Cleaning in the same sink as you cook doesn't work very well. Otherwise, super cozy apartment.

Salaam, Mr Usui. Everything is so expensive in Tokyo. I am from India. Things are so much in better budget here. Specially if we make lemon and honey water drink at home it would cost you less then ₹10.
