UNIT 401 gets a NO. Would not rent there. I love the micro units with LOFT

I would live there!!! My bed mattress (memory foam) would be in loft. My Klipsch rp600mII loudspeakers would be 1 in loft, 2nd in living area. It's a Kool little micro apartment

R$ 2.700,00? Com este valor dá para alugar um apartamento perto do metrô em S.P pelo dobro do tamanho.

Maybe I missed the name of the book about the layout. Could you write the name? I love small houses and I live in Colombia right now in a 15-meter one. I hope to have my own in the future. 💗

I know it's small, but I was honestly floored to see that your rent is less than $300 a month. That's less than I pay for my car note. Thanks for sharing your interesting life with us, Usui.

Hello, dear Usui-san. A wonderful video, I really liked it. The bento box was filled with delicious food. I also bought a bento box when I was traveling on the Shinkansen N700 Nozomi from Hakata Station to Okayama Station. I think it's fantastic that you get your ideas on how to furnish a micro-apartment from your great books. 😃I was just a little disappointed by one detail in your video. You buy a Nintendo games console and there's no Spiderman game on it ??? 😅But that won't work, your little companion Spidey-san will be disappointed in you. 😅Have you ever been to Don Quixote in Akihabara ? You'll definitely find all kinds of toys there, including all kinds of Spideys !!! Take care on you and stay healty, my friend. 🙂

You might replace the desk, chair and bed with: 1) a foldable sofa bed; 2) a lap desk

You're studying room layouts? 😊 As a hobby I use Planner5D and make floorplans. Lately I'm attempting to make floorplans based off your videos (the dimensions you show). 😁 It gives me a chance to see what furniture I can come up with and arrange things. As always THANK YOU for sharing. I sooooo needed this video. Work was bad so this is nice to watch after a very demanding night (I'll be 59 in November and I work 3rd shift putting away things you can buy in the pharmacy area. The pallets I have to pull to my work area are VERY heavy and I had 4 of them tonight so I'm always in pain by the time I get home. Your videos help me forget about rough nights lol)

Of the many apartments you've shown, this is definitely my favorite! LOTS of storage. A generous entry area. A generous bathroom. LOTS of light! The balcony! A very good use of space. The only thing I'd change would be to remove the door to the toilet room. I like the entry from the inside hallway as well.

The capsule toys are very cool but I was more intrigued by the food!! It never ceases to amaze me how good packaged food looks in Japan. Even vending machine food is of a good quality and is very tasty by all accounts. If you have enough ceiling height, one of those loft beds could be a good choice and give you a bit extra usable space.

As your toy collection is growing, do you have a plan to have a display box to show all your toys? Or do you still prefer to keep them under your bed?
