39:52 Not that Shane or Matt will ever read this, but the training part is true. What Matt was getting at is: If you do strenght training you keep your bone density into old age -> which means you are more sturdy and less likely to break a leg if you fall. Another fact is that a lot of old people lose muscle mass making them incapable of walking without a walking frame. Problem is that they get used to this and lose their sense of balance which leads to them falling and often breaking their hips. Keep training Dawgs.
