Lovely sweaters, ladies. I think I tend to lean roward the wilder side like Diana, but admire the discipline and skill of technique always displayed by Katie's projects. I am so in love with that pink sweater that I am considering it for a project....at least the pink part. However, ladies, I had to play back the section where the baby came into the picture twice! I found myself watching his every move (and me grinning from ear to ear even though it was early morning) and not hearing a word the two of you were saying! ha All of it so inspiring and I am so grateful that you podcast.

Hope you have had a happy and healthy Christmas! You’ve shared some beautiful knitting in this episode as always but somehow more special this time. Maybe it had a sprinkling of Christmas joy! I loved knitting the Lulu and my girl lives in it! One change I made was to not knit buttonholes in the double knitting bands. I just sewed the buttons on through both bands. We decided they would never be opened so made it a quicker knit. Jesus our Immanuel is still with us today! ❤

However, one I have to redo as I goofed and made it too large. Also, my gauge changed. My suggestion is to double check your gauge and make it smaller than you think you want. I pray you both have a blessed New Year, and I can't wait to share 2025 with you both!

I made seven Musselburgh hats in December😂. I love the pattern and the result and think this will be the only hat I will be knitting in the future😊. It is warm whatever yarn you use because the layers you get and here in Sweden it can get really cold😉

Alpaca is not wool that mohair is so u have a completely different make up. Siri alpaca is the first shearing of the first year Alpacas. I just found you two. I so love ur communication so genuine. Keep all this good podcasts coming.

I've been knitting socks since August, so far have completed 5 pair of Summer Lee Basic socks. I really enjoy socks and am ready to progress to a sweater. I'd appreciate a recommendation from you for a good beginner pullover sweater. I like the look of the Rununculus (?) and the Dover sweater you've shown on your podcast. Also, I live in the Phoenix AZ area so the yarn would need to be on the lighter side of things :) Would you also recommend your favorite yarn for the sweater?
