Really nice series, I like no cam sails, and it is nice to find out just how competitive they can be. I guess that in really strong winds and real race the full race sails are king, otherwise pro racers wouldn't be using them.

I didn't see any adjustable outhauls for Ben, that is what the competitors are using though. ;) These are very useful in varying winds and it will keep you going for longer in the lulls.

Yes.. I’m A big fan of adjustable outhauls but I wanted to keep it super simple. Also the boom I was using (wave boom) has a very narrow grip and I didn’t have a system to fit it.

It wasn’t broken. But the system I have means they is a lot of leverage… plus it was on a SDM mast and lastly maybe I didn’t tighten it up enough!!
