This conversation was very eye-opening. I enjoy the topics you present because so often everyone wants to talk about becoming wealthy, but it means nothing if you're mentally unstable and/or physically unhealthy. I'm so glad you created a podcast! Keep doing the Lord's work! God bless you!

This was exactly what I needed. Thank you for being straight with me yesterday and sending me here. I have asked a lot of people that question and so many have just gave me the advice that I asked for. Thank you for unpacking my question! Thank you for seeing deeper than I knew it was! Thank you for shining a light on the darkness that most of us deal with but the rest of the world just tells us to stop eating. I’ve never thought about food and my past in the same way that I am right now. I truly appreciate you!

Thank you so much for this. I have been to many addiction meetings where I was told that food addiction isn't real and not an addiction. We get worse medical care, lack of mental health assistance, and we need more stories like Magdalena's to help us feel recognized. We come from all ethnicities, religions, walks of life, but we all have trauma. Thank you.

@@eustace88 thanks! I’ve watched chef AJ and she’s lovely. Everyone is different and I don’t do well when I try to totally restrict foods. But she’s wonderful and helps a lot of people get healthy.
