The late Edward Dalton Pugh gave me the recommendation of finding your channel a ways back, and I think its great that you're giving another run at sharing the process of miniatures! It's really hard to find artists that share this craft with others. I likely wouldn't have found your work without that special shout out. I love seeing you connect with others and I think that's a great way to keep motivated to do these, great reason to reach out to peers. If you feel overburdened by the youtube, I think trying to encourage your peers to try out youtube and sharing their channels is a nice way to give away some of the burden you might feel from producing videos on a consistent basis. I want to sculpt a full mini this year. I think it will be fun. How to pace myself, do I keep trying to force putty to stay on an armature or wait for it to cure?

Ed will be greatly missed. I remember getting to hang out with him at an early ReaperCon. He was always so generous and a real fan of the hobby. I'm excited to see the mini you will sculpt and look forward to answering this question in the upcoming Q&A.

As a long time fan of your work, I’m hoping and praying that the secret project this year is a new Myth product.

Ooo, that would be cool. I am very excited to see so many of my sculpts finally making it out into the world. Sadly, I will remove the suspense and let you know it is not anything Myth related.

I am learning miniature sculpture to make custom miniatures for myself and really appreciate your channel as a learning resource. I have watched most of your videos and have a few of them on a playlist that I rewatch when I'm working on specific things and need to reference back. My question though is, and I'm sorry if you covered this somewhere and I missed it: When you work in polymer clay, do you work in layers with multiple bakes or sculpt it all at once? If you do work in layers, how do you build up? Do you sculpt feet and legs up, or do you sculpt underlayers and basic form to outer layers? Along with that, do you use any kind of liquid clay when attaching to baked layers or armatures? I've tried a lot of different ways and they all seem to have benefits and drawbacks, so I'm asking about your experiences.

Happy New Year, Tom! I haven't watched all of your videos yet and you may have answered this in one of them, how did you approach Manufactures about you sculptures in the beginning. Was it you introduced them a figure via email or two, or was it a sit down in the office? That might make for a good video your struggles to start 20 years ago.

Hello Tom, happy new year and I’m excited about the Goblin Menace game! I think it would be very useful to hear about how you manage your time and how you can accomplish goals with a more limited time frame. Thanks, Isaac
