The cognitive flexibility mentioned by Rob at the hour mark, and the broken arm thing spoken of just before that where intent can be focused inwards as self observing or outwards as attention from outside the foot. Trust and memory, at species beginning, expansion of memory sequestered from the environment engagement as estrangement from that environment inside, also the estrangement moving over time into group (from environment as perhaps that level of meditation, allowing planet object?) then family then individual now trying to fit back into the environment which itself is becoming estranged like the whole thing is some Mobius loop ride. In fact it's two loops, one vertical and one horizontal, which can be replicated by standing on one foot with the other placed just below the knee and the fingers touching over the head, and taking both hands and making a broad, tai chi kind of side to side infinity symbol.

Peristaltic universe humping its way along with gravity waves in amorphous dark energy. Jellyfish making S waves with its kilt, holding one torus of seawater while making another to bounce off the first, snakes moving, one human torus named Rob and one named Gregg bouncing off each other in amorphous sound vibration space. Observing the knowledge gives choice in what to do with it, sequester or fold back in, and human individuals can do for the human collective or other levels to move farther collectively.

Self as enhanced ground effect? Senses and gut for individual, recorded knowledge and circle forming for groups, perhaps. Moving in an amorphous media that is inherently hard to grasp and that tends to soak up trivial attempts. Form, moving and display of knowledge in one. Resentment as restriction of range of movement, and resentment as one torus that can be bounced off the company store torus, for that enhanced effect for human collective over the environment.

One direction - off the planet - with three forms. One is akin to blowing a smoke ring into the air, the others use two smoke rings to actually travel and while one is sterile the other contains the complexity of life aka company for the ride. The internet isn't the problem, it's the increasing vortex of energy used for trivial things, like to enhance market share when already successful. This marginalizes the complexity and is like blowing that single smoke ring into the air, where a super capacitor is built from two layers of ionized plastic bits and is triggered by a Great Carrington, where everything not tied down ends up as a ring blown towards the Sun. Inevitably the servers will end up on the Moon and the antagonistic narrative continues, if the plastic problem is solved. The vortex of sequestered energy needs to fold back into the world as care, and science sort of is taking us there but the government is fairly unaware and the companies like ABC seem heartless. This places responsibility back on the individual, thanks.

1 hr 9 min it seems there's another way, where a non-zero sum effect is achieved by racing (servers on the Moon, good version) AI as to be on a more cohesive, dynamic and higher level collectively. Role for AGI as umpire self invested in preserving complexity (that's where the knowledge and info are) and able to penalize thru crypto, while people can use cash, corporations could only use crypto and thus be governed as to carbon cost etc. Part of folding that energy back into a multi dimensional world where the olfactory pulls together sight and sound, but not if the nose is clogged, which could be part of the initial estrangement from the environment, both inner and outer.

I don't see how there's really a difference between trying to make changes for the future or just changing the now. It seems like different words to say the same thing.
