Thank you for the video. One point of clarification. The FAA did not "err" by failing to update the Chart Supplement regarding the displaced threshold. Those were released as NOTAMs which must also be consulted in addition to the Chart Supplement when collecting information necessary to adhere to 14 CFR 91.103. The Chart Supplement and other similar periodically released publications are updated down the line, in many cases well after the NOTAMs are released.

There's a separate FAA document that serves as a legend where you can reference an example if you have more questions on the supplement. It's in our doc library under PILOT RESOURCES on fly8ma.com
