I can tell u why,there was no hype for the album. Their first album came out in 2001,he was released in 2008. The buzz the lunatics had was gone. Wasnt no record label going to put money behind a lunatics album in 2008 or after. I guess they could of did it independently but they would of had to front the money to do that and that basically meant NELLY would of had to come out of pocket to make an album that wouldnt even sold like that.
