Interesting design. But single loading is a no-go for me. Needs a loading tray to hold at 100 .223 cases.

What is stopping heat to travel down case would it be better to drop into water why the damm blaring noise

I have viewed a number of videos on annealing and every one I have seen uses propane gas. Is there a particular reason for that or can butane be used?

Using Butane in theory would work, but propane produces more heat than butane. If butane were used the time in which you would need to achieve case glow (the point where the case is annealed) would be longer therefore slowing the whole process down. Other things to consider would be the cost of butane over propane and availability
