There is nothing more rewarding than sincere and respectful conversation. On the deepest level, our uniqueness, when unjudgementally exchanged, can become the main medium for our intellectual and emotional growth. That is also the quintessence of every genuine friendship. On the other hand, any form of ignorance is just a self-harm because it only inhibits our growth. In short, adaptation and acceptance is the most sophisticated human ability we have.

I think i found channel i've never knew i needed 😁 Interesting guests, great interviews. Fun fact: word Murzyn comes from word Moor, so actually should describe the interviewer 😉 but it changed the meaning to all dark skin people. Some people gives negative conotations, but originally it wasn't pejorative (ofc people can add negative menaing to neutral words). If people want to insult you intentionally they would rather say "czarnuch" albo "brudas".

I'm so glad to hear that you're enjoying the channel and finding the content engaging! It's always fantastic to discover a source of information and dialogue that resonates with you. Your point about the evolution of language and terms like "Murzyn" is an important one. Language is indeed dynamic and can change in perception and usage over time. Understanding the origins and transformations of words helps in grasping the broader cultural and historical contexts in which they are used. It's also crucial to recognize how words can acquire new connotations and be perceived differently depending on personal experiences and societal changes. Thank you for sharing that insight and contributing to a deeper understanding of these issues. It’s discussions like these that enrich our conversations and help build a more informed and respectful community. If there are other topics or guests you'd like to hear more about, please let me know! 😁

@@WarsawConfidential You know, with our limited knowledge of the world few centries back, the most Poles really had interactions with Africans was probably exactly Maghreb teritories. From Middle East we were separated by Ottomans. So Moors were the most we knew of Africa inhabitants or other darker skinned prople. Later, even with broadering this perspective, which wasn't much, there was already one word describing dark skinned Africa inhabitants. And it stayed. So Moors became representatives of whole Africa. The same way Slavs (mainly South Slavs) representatives of all slaves (even if nowadays most people doesn't connect those 2 things). No. I don't have anybody i would like to see in particular. Channel is interesting and I think few comments may help it grow.

@@WarsawConfidential that's right. This word is not offensive, but it is sometimes used as such, so it began to have this bad energy in the society.

I couldn't like it more. Subscribed right away :) Being your authentic self, or better - doing things the way you believe your best authentic self would do is spot on. As to the woman friend who left you and lied that it was not because of her new relationship - friendship between sexes is a tricky path and hard to walk on. I bet her boyfriend felt threatened. And yes, she was trying to save her face and got off cheap by using lies, but remember, woman's life and psychology is different than man's - they feel threatened many times a day (really! O.o) and they will do anything to avoid hard situations. I love the authenticity of that conversation. Keep them coming! :)
