Hi There. Interesting video. I know the feeling of toasted feet with the heat coming through the bulkhead. Its ideal in the Winter here in Scotland but not so much in summer. I done a bit of research and eventualy found a couple of pictures of a MK2 that had an air dam fitted under front subframe directing difused air into the engind bay to push hot air out.... My MK2 has same as yours but auto controlled etc... JMD

How did you manage to remove the grille without removing the rad?

@nrw34260 There is a panel underneath - just big enough to get your arm up behind the grille amd undo wing nuts which hold the grille in. I didn't know that - first time I took the radiator out and it was torture
