EP3 Problems, S2000 Carbon Fibre And Hosting A Car Meet!!

Hi mate, I’ve just been though the same thing with my EP3 handbrake for mot. It’s very important that when you fit the new callipers that you DO NOT pump the pistons out on the foot pedal. Back the handbrake cable all the way off on the lever. Wind the pistons all the way back to reset the internal adjusters then important to wind them back out by HAND so that there is 0.5mm between the pad and disc then use the foot brake then lastly adjust the cable at lever. My handbrake works lovely now, best it ever has!

This pistons will be all the way back as the calipers are new. Nothing wrong with pumping the pedal at all as they would of needed bleeding also so have to be pumped, then finally adjust the handbrake
