I don’t think people realize how hard they r training they are literally tearing Sergio apart here i see ignorant people comment on stuff like this all the time saying things like oh he needs to stop making so much noise or he’s only squatting two plates or just laughing little do these people know how hard high intensity training is especially for legs the lactic acid is almost unbearable. I train about as hard as Sergio was in this vid which is extremely hard, with less weight of course I’m nowhere near as strong as him and people laugh at me all the time saying you need to be more quiet, your crazy well those people have obviously never went half this hard in there lives. The heavy weight is NOT the biggest factor. Tom even says that, numerous times. It's a percentage. You can go as low as 30% of your 1RM, as long as you go to failure. The tension, the failure of that muscle is more important.
