EP8. An enroute oil change and then on to Florence, Alabama. Tiny Houseboat River travel.

After fueling up at the Pickwick marina, we got underway late morning into changing weather.
We're navigating upstream along the Tennessee River, braving much cooler temperatures.

Take the Nathez Trace south to Nathez Ms then east on Hwy 84 to Brookhaven Ms and then south a ways bout 4 mi be at my farm

Thank you, James! It works like a vacuum pump. You pump it up a few times and open the valve and it sucks the oil out. It will pull about a quart each time before you have to pump it up again.

Hey Billy! Yeah, I envy the folks that can do this real-time. I'm just not efficient enough at it to be able to do that, it's a lot of work. Besides, I was afraid it would take a lot of time and make a relaxing trip into a job. BTW, we've been to the Hall of Fame, good trip. Unfortunately, we learned about the Indian mound museum later, I would have liked to see that.
