Chocolate & SunButter ASMR

I share with you the joy of eating one of the world's greatest combos (next to sitting on the couch and playing video games, obviously). However, instead of the traditional peanut butter, I use SunButter, not just to try something different (I do like Sunflower seeds and have had SunButter before), but because I was also thinking about people who have peanut allergies. Plenty of ASMR triggers such as wrapper crinkling, package tapping, jar lid sounds, etc.

I remember in kindergarten when one of my classmates who had peanut allergies would have to leave the classroom during lunch and go to the class next door since they had a peanut allergy and our school didn't have a cafeteria at the time so all the students ate lunch at their desks. Emphasizing alternatives that help in preventing isolating children seems like a good step our society is making but one that's long overdue.

Sun butter comes from sunflower seeds (not the shell). The separation of the oil from the other ingredients occurs, because of settling , compatibility , temperature . As you know oil doesn't play well with others , and the lack of emulsifiers, and stabilizers weakens the bonds that hold the butter together.

Oh no. PAUL / ER, please take a minute to read this following message. DO NOT try that "can of fermented fish" (Surströmming). If you do, do NOT open it indoors. Especially not in a small, cramped room like the one you might be using for recording these in. Fermented is a word people use because ROTTEN doesn't sound very appetizing. And ROTTEN is exactly what this "food" is. Imagine if you sealed an old fish carcass in an air tight container for years, to slowly marinate in its own corpse juice. Well, that's what this is.
