Incredible documentation of a monumental find of vintage Camaros and Chevelles and the absolute treasure trove of parts. Nicely done! The scope of this collection is almost unbelievable. One wonders where all those DZ blocks came from...so many that it was mind-boggling. The person that collected all of this stuff definitely had a serious knack for tracking down all the good stuff over all the years of collecting it, not to mention a serious pocketbook. Congratulations on the Hugger Orange Z/28! Looks to be a great candidate for restoration. I'm sure it will be gorgeous when it's completed. Thank you for documenting this amazing cache of treasure. Wow! That was an impressive collection of cars and parts. I really like the light green LS6, but the yellow/yellow SS Camaro is so odd its cool. If there's a part 2 maybe you can give a little backstory on the man that put together this amazing collection. Its nice to know that many of those car will now be restored instead of stored away in a barn. Lesson for all, organize and label your parts because you never know when your # is up.

These kinds of circumstances are always bittersweet I think. On one hand it's awesome to see so many cool cars and parts waiting for someone to restore them to former glory. On the other hand, it's frankly hoarding by someone that probably never really had time for any of them. I respect that anyone should be allowed to spend money as they please, but I've seen stuff like this first-hand and they very rarely do anything with any of the stuff. Regardless, this really is a solid find and will make LOTS of new owners happy to build their dream cars.
@rickp86032 жыл бұрын
If the guy that had this collection didn't. Half of them probably would of been crushed or sitting in yards somewhere. So he did them justice as he had the means and facilities to store them inside and preserved them. Now if he was the typical clown where they were rotting in yards, then I'd agree with ya.
