That was a lot of meat, A5 Grade Wagyu beef. This meal should a good stretch for your stomach. Yeah, go for a good walk. 😄 Zermatt said at the beginning that he would try to arrange a sponsor for Samurai eater in Singapore so that he could go overseas. That was very kind of him.

Bumped into Ms Angela Sato and Mr Samurai sama at Shihachi restaurant at Tanuki Comichi , Sapporo , last winter in December when they were doing a collab shoot there.. Very interesting characters! I love King Yamamoto`s Samurai vibe! Japanese food bloggers would be a hit here in Singapore and SE Asia.. I just returned from Kyushu, and the omakase restaurants there are curious about expanding out of Japan to SE Asia as the yen is presently weak.. there are lotsa opportunities for Zermatt and japanese food bloggers both ways .. will definitely check out this hamburg steak restaurant the next time I am in Tokyo!
