Epic Day Yellowfin & Blackfin Tuna Fishing With A Blue Marlin Surprise!

We traveled about 100 miles out of Port Canaveral Florida on August 11th, 2020 in search of Yellowfin Tuna. We caught several Yellowfin Tuna and also added some Mahi Mahi, Blackfin Tuna and we had a nice battle with a big Blue Marlin until he got the best of us and won the fight. We ended up battling over 20 fish this day. Some went in the cooler, some went back in the water and some flat out won the battle and we never got them to the boat. We lost several big tuna unfortunately! Still a great day on the water doing what I love

Damn that looks beautiful out there. my cut off limit is the cones wish I could see Dwyer’s/ canyons

Why so far out. We have to go 65 miles to get to the canyon here. I thought it would be closer to florida than virginia.

It depends on which part of Florida. We don't necessarily have to go 100 miles out but around here that's where they are most of the time
