I think it's either Montgomery or Westinghouse. I've seen that emergency light before at juco (Johnson County Community College) in Overland Park Kansas and the GEB/OCB elevator is a Westinghouse.

Like the design of the fixtures & the cab & the design & proximity of it in the shaft. Shaft curves outward in cylindrical form & glass appears to be uneven causing a wavelike motion between the inside & outside of the car. View is astounding. Could do with a speed tuneup but otherwise perfect as-is
