@@ianwatson6612 0:22 that cameramen is behind him and as far as "the crowd" goes, they are wearing HEADPHONES so they are completely immersed. If you are going to respect them so much you should do the same for people driving to work everyday, because they have to pay attention to cyclists, motorcyclists, traffic signs, other drivers and unlike Gran Turismo if they make a mistake they can kill somebody or themselves. So yes they drive very well and should get a lot of credit for it, but that is just about it.

Most people don't realise how crazy the level of racing here is. The simulated cars have incredible specs, you have to be so perfect with your braking points and steering you barely have any time to think about anything else.

Holy shit! I don't watch eSports or GT races like this but I love the games. And that was so exciting to watch! I was lowkey rooting for Japan though. So much amazing stuff comes from there that I've grown to love the country from afar. Don't know much about Australia. Would've been nice to see another racer from another country win, I get it. 0:43 is where he lost his chance..instead of holding the draft all the way down the straight he shot out early meaning he dropped his overtaking speed.

I don’t know, though, he had nowhere to go as Miyazono defended the line, he would have been behind up to the chicane in any case

@@Kibouo not sure...take another look, he peeps out from the draft and instead of getting a full tow he loses a little momentum and would have been ahead in the chicane
