Kung Fu & Tai Chi Center w/ Jake Mace for stomach I now do the bicycle with weights on my ankles and a dumbell on my neck, elbow up to knee (twisting) as the other one stretches out flat off floor. and swap, this exercise is supposed to do all muscles at once? I am 54 I do 50 a day.
