Kung Fu & Tai Chi Center w/ Jake Mace for stomach I now do the bicycle with weights on my ankles and a dumbell on my neck, elbow up to knee (twisting) as the other one stretches out flat off floor. and swap, this exercise is supposed to do all muscles at once? I am 54 I do 50 a day.

i did it!!! it wasn’t too too hard because i do stuff similar to this at dance except it’s shorter but includes a lot more flexibility stuff. Thanks!

This is one of the best ab workouts I've tried! Although I don't have a six pack yet, my abs feel great. I'll start doing this 2 times a day. Also, I like how meditation is included in this workout. Thanks for the video, Jake.

Hello Mr. Jake Mace I did all 4 of them in a row, like you recorded it. I was wondering if after this workout i could do more to be more effective. Or are this Yin & Yang workout enough ? "Epic", "Awesome", "Amazing" - just empty words to hide ignorance, lack of real knowledge, incorect form and low intensity of workout. That is pathetic. Good for little girls, not for adult people and for sure not for martial artists and anyone serious.
