This might be a bit of a stretch but in a previous video you mentioned being in Ohio. I am as well and a good friend of mine and I decided that we are going to give dove and waterfowl hunting a try. Our issue is that neither of us have ever hunted before or know anyone that does. We went out for a few hours in the evening at a public dove field this past week and had no luck. Is there any tips you can give us or give us a direction to go? We are in just south of Dayton

Dove hunting is definitely harder with out a mojo, but if you can find a power line or a tree just somewhere they wanna hang out that'll up the chances and I'd use a improved cylinder choke to open your pattern up. Also talk to all the farmers in your area and see if you can get permission for me I like private land. As far as waterfowl I'd try to find a small creek or pond or field to hunt someplace where you can walk out to get your birds or wait on the wind to push them to the bank or try to snag them with a fishing pole unless you got a boat. If there's a more specific question about hunting feel free to ask..

@@migratorygame7400 that's what I was reading. I actually just got an order of decoys and a spinning wing this past weekend and plan on trying them a couple times this week. And I'll look into trying to get some private permission. Never done it before so I will have to practice my lines infront of a mirror first. Hahaha. I really appreciate the advice.

That's awesome! Lol I know what you mean. I worry about dogs more than anything but I look at like, I dont have permission so if they say no I'm not out anything.

@@migratorygame7400 yeah if I really enjoy it this year I may get a puppy to train and take out with me. I love my dogs but I've never done any training beyond obedience training so I think it would be rewarding to train a bird dog.
