I normally use a combination of the repair and performance solutions to keep my skin dry and healthy. The dry spray is also really good for climbing outside or if you have super wet skin.

Awesome content&edit, good job!! How do you deal with skin damage? I can sport climb for 1-2 weeks without any serious issue, but if I go bouldering at the gym twice in a row my skin gets so damaged that even random daily tasks are painful... I need a pro tip!!

It’s a struggle Fosho. Double rest day help and I use a lot of rhino skin to keep my ski dryer. I definitely lose skin faster when it’s wet/starting to get thin
