His s3 is deal dmg as % HP your unit not direct dmg I think it deal 40% your HP at that time (with injury) so if u have more than 40% u will alive

i restart so i must to go 2 round creep before boss, when you play the first time you will only have boss phase.

when you go first time ssb will have s3 so you can clear the creep faster than restart and she can use s3 two times before number go into 4 so i think you can clear faster.
