fucking love how they handled Akuma in this game. They didnt just put him there as a small cameo for the fans. No, they clearly show him as being a serious fucking threat and ends up killing a major character IN HIS INTRODUCTION. Not only that, they managed to give him an interesting backstory (being his debt towards Kazumi) that makes his character even more interesting that what Capcom has ever done with him. Not to mention his sick move set that respects his origin while adapting it brilliantly to the Tekken gameplay style. This shit rocks.

Well a robot has no soul, has no ambition or murderous intent. They are inanimate objects, not warriors. They have no real power to Akuma's eyes. It seems natural to me that someone so focused on a warriors strength would hate the idea of combat robots. But even sapient robots who do feel emotions and thus CAN have murderous intent get caught up in Akuma's disdain for their kind. (part of it is presumably that they don't 'work' for their power like a living being does.)

Honestly, I feel Akuma felt like a nice addition. His playstyle is a little different from his SF gameplay, but it stills feels more inclined to that franchise than to Tekken, yet it mixes up some nice elements of Tekken gameplay as well. Overall, really unique and really fun, both to play as and to fight against. So, in all honesty, I wouldn't mind losing to Akuma at all! ;) _(except in the Extra Chapter. that shit is RIDICULOUS!)_ >8(

Come one, the heat Lars gets is going overboard. What he's wearing isn't that different from what Heihachi wore when he raided the Zaibatsu. And the Jin is still Jin, and was fighting for the greater good. He knew in order to draw out Azazel, he needed to create chaos. He put on the act of a dickhead to mask his remorse for hurting people. Because Tekken 6 is told from the story of Lars, who's like an outsider to the Mishima family, it sets the story up for that plot twist in the end when Azazel is revealed and Jin explains himself to Lars. It wouldn't have any significant impact if we followed Jin because then we'd already know his intents.
