wow the tempstar is 4 years old this year! incredible! sounds like the reversing valve is starting to stick a little bit, hopefully it doesn't become as bad as your old goodman

i remember the day it was put in, the installers did a horrible job, no brazing with nitrogen and no blowing out or replacing the line set, the old Heil system had a burnout, it's a matter of time before something fails. im surprised the LG compressor hasn't blown the fittings out of it yet.

@@xctome knock on wood nothing fails soon. who knows what else was in that old lineset. who knows if the old heil had a vacuum pulled when it was installed, or if it leaked and they used fluorescent dye, a burnout is bad enough as it is. hope all is well with you man!
