He just enjoys watching the stories and chaos unfold. Oh, and he's odysseus' great-grandfather, so there's that familiar connection there. Also, the singer of hermes is named troy, which i think is hilarios with him singing in a musical that starts with the troy saga, and his music is excellent, i really recommend checking it out. He also has completely embraced the hermes persona, its great, there are a bunch of shorts called "HERMES! and jay" where he, as hermes is helping jorge with the musical and its comedy gold. But there are spoilers for the sagas you haven't seen yet

The voice of Circe is Talya Sindel! She's incredible singer and the English accent she's doing isn't her natural accent so she's also just an incredible voice actor (Same with Troy, voice of Hermes, he's American, he's just really good at voices), and through doing epic Talya and Jay (voice of Odysseus and creator of epic) started dating and are still together!

In the book Circe, she explains that she only turned men into pigs who tried to SA her. She’d set them up by showing that she lived alone, feeding them, and that there was no men on the island. She put the necessary herbs for her spells in their food, and if they tried to act, she’d turn them into pigs. She does specify that she has let men go, but the amount she let go she could count on one hand.
