wow nice unique cooking style. Bhopal nice place. My younger sister was live at Bhopal for one year. After one year she returned to Assam for her pregnancy. She often tell us about her well experience in Bhopal she got beautiful memories from the nice city.

Good dish like Besan Gatta of Royal Rajasthan. Very Good . Khandiya Or Besan Gatta ke recepi 90 percent Same. Hai. So we are called anekta mein Ekta.

That Khandeyu is very very common dish in Maharashtra known as Vadyachi Amati... In Marathwada region it's very famous only name changed😊😊

My grand mother would half cook the batair and teeter or pidgeon then stuff them with masala rice and plenty nuts into a huge country chicken- b4 slow cooking it in huge lagan. It was careful and very slow cooking. Super delicious.!

Sukhad is called Sukat in maharashtra but is a dry fish. Great series we loved each of them. Great effort. You should out English subtitles so younger generation out of India can understand.

हमारे यहां महाराष्ट्र में…सोलापूर साइड में भी ऐसा मिलता है फर्क सिर्फ इतना है इन्होंने बर्फी बनाई वहां छोटी छोटी गुठलियां बनाते है, हमारे कोल्हापुर में चकली टाईप बनाकर उसे धूप में सुखाया जाता है और बाद में उसे पकाया जाता है…उसे "सांडग्याची आमटी" बोलते है…

Parinda e Khas ends up looking ugly. Food should not only taste good but look good also. How on earth is Aditya Bal going ga ga over it. As for the taste, I will be surprised if the birds inside the duck tasted nice.
