he was their guitar tech when he was a teen so they've been best of friends for ages ;) no discovery required . he likely based his entire song writing style on Nizlopi no doubt . both amazing artists !

I totally agree with this. I've looked through Luke's stuff and I was convinced that his sound was heavily influenced by Luke's. Ed should give him props and maybe a couple "bands", y'know...
