Hi, Merry Christmas (a year later😂), the material of the mugs you used seems to be stoneware ceramic. They won't be efficient even they they're flat bottomed. A stainless steel mug would really work.

Can u help me? Mine came with the cord that u plug in the computer.. so I plug it for a while then unplog it and take it to the table with me I could unplug it
