The pen is awesome, it is the most accurate digital pen I've come across. In terms of games, I have starcraft 2 and Xcom: enemy unknown, both run great.

I used my back up external 1TB hard drive for this video and now it seems I lost over 7 years of data. Please tell me I can restore data. The name of the external drive has changed to RECOVERY and there is nothing in my Recycle bin. You said to use a flash drive and the bigger the better to make it faster. Please what am I missing?????

@Charlie Diaz nice, what other games gave ya tried. msft flight,, Portal2, etc. Thanks for lettin me know, helps my should i get one decision. I also heard the pen/screen is wacom tech, which is awesome for drawing/sketching.

can you just put it on a micro SD... I keep a 64 gig mico sd in my surface pro 3....I can just pop it in a usb adaptor correct?

Nice, I realy wanted to find out how the pen performs, but almost all sites like engadged, gizmodo etc don't do sketching. I still have my old HP TX2517CA conversion Wacom tablet, it's 6-7 yrs old, few yrs later took 10min to turn on & overheated & crashed in 2, I had placed win8 beta & just recently win8pro. Now it's 30sec on, with not touch friendly hot toprightcorner, GPU drivers no work, and powercord is breaking. Too bad I couldn't traid it in, though I'd prob only get $100 hahha

8Gb Flash drive works perfectly OK for SurfacePro AND SurfacePro2 for recovery. You will still have about 2Gb Free space left on the USB stick AFTER creating the recovery drive. So dont waste your money on 16Gb drive when an 8Gb drive is perfectly ok! DO NOT EVER USE this USB drive EVER! Just keep it in a drawer for that day when you need it!

FORMAT OF USB? FAT32 or NTFS?

The windows utility will take care to choose the format when it reformats your USB key. It will tell you it will erase anything you previously had on the key.
