I decided to make a large coat rack storage unit with a seat, and it's all made from re-claimed pallets.

Dude. There is just no way to say how impressed I am with your builds. You start with scrap wood that no one wants. You practice an unparalleled patience in cutting small parts, and piecing those parts together. Every part locking in with the others making the overall that much stronger. From flimsy 'trash' pallet wood, you made a beautiful hall tree that a gorilla could jump on and not damage!

Although my skill amd knowledge isn't in the same game as yours, you've got me collecting pallets and copper. You put my mind into creative overload! I've got ideas also using leather for smaller far less complex objects and to trim pieces I already have and to hide my terrible corners on things I've already made. All the "wows" I've been getting so far are owed to you mate. Tonnes of thanks and respect from Australia 👍

Your creations are the 'go-to' to me when I don't need to think too deeply but just admire and relax, Jason.I'm not a woodworker myself so I can't mention particular parts in technical terms, but apart from your incredible wood and metal skills, your construction of the videos is spot on. I'm now watching most of your builds for at least the second time and never get tired of them. All the best, Ray.

ITS ONE THING TO MAKE EXPENSIVE PIECES OF FURNITURE STARTING OFF WITH PERFECT FLAWLESS WOOD. BUT TO MAKE FROM SCRATCH, HAND CARVED, ON-OF-A-KIND EXPENSIVE FURNITURE PIECES, USING PALLETS AND RE- USED NAIL LET ME JUST SAY TAKES MASTER-CRAFTSMANSHIP AND IS TRULY EXTRAORDINARY 😇

Another great project; thanks for sharing. I love how you make do with what you've got from your pocket screws minus the pricey jig to your panel glue up with the wedges and clamps and homemade router plane (which probably takes less time to use than setting up a dado stack or dialing in your router). One potential downside to having every single tool is that the woodworker doesn't have to innovate and think around a problem, or just use a hand tool which can be surprisingly effective. I just got a magazine in the mail with instructions on how to build a fairly complicated panel glue up jig which I am tempted to make, but after watching your method again I'll attempt to make do with what I have as well (a flat table, some clamps, wedges, and weights).
