This week we had the pleasure of sitting down with Zach Bush, a renowned physician and thought leader who has been at the forefront of research in health, nutrition, and regenerative agriculture.
It was truly an incredible 2 and a half hour conversation, filled with fascinating insights and mind-blowing revelations. We covered a wide range of topics, from the fascinating world of microorganisms, to the powerful impact of epigenetics, and the vital importance of human autonomy.
One of the key topics we explored was the devastating impact of glyphosate on our health and the environment. Zach shared his extensive research and insights into how this widely used herbicide is contributing to chronic illness, environmental degradation, and the erosion of soil health.
We also delved into the profound connections between physical and mental health, and the role that our microbiome plays in regulating both. Zach shared his insights into the interconnectedness of our bodies and minds, and how we can work to optimise both for optimal health and wellbeing.
And of course, we couldn't have a conversation with Zach without exploring the deeper spiritual and philosophical implications of our existence. We explored the concept of evolution, extinction, and the nature of consciousness itself, and how these ideas can inform our approach to living a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Overall, it was an absolutely incredible conversation, and we feel so privileged to have had the opportunity to sit down with Zach and share his wisdom with our listeners. We hope you enjoy listening to this episode as much as we enjoyed recording it!
Lots of love,
Dave & Steve

Our grandparents knew that after one of the young kids had the measles, soon afterwards they'll see a growth spurt in that child. Measles help children mature. It's the main challenge to the immune system after all the other mild rashes that kids go through. There was a Swiss study that proved people who had the natural measles were much less likely to get cancer.

Awesome information! My 72 years have been dancing with my microbiome. My ancestors took people in and helped them heal themselves serving their microbiome. My great great grandmother took the newborn babies straight to the barn with a butter knife! Guessing the cow microbes were her ferns! I am so very thankful for my ancestors wisdom that has provided me with a different quality of life than most 72 year olds. I learn something everyday that helps me expand my heritage to combat this current world of “fear” based living Thank you Zach Bush for the light you shine on the enemy trying to rob us of our souls

Thank you! After my 91 year old dad ( mowing 10 yards a week and dancing every weekend) lost his life by means of a medical insult to his diverse microbiome, he ask me to keep his story alive! That is and will be my mission the rest of my days. Those last two years of needless suffering after working so hard to maintain his microbiome was brutal. We don’t want people to suffer anymore we weren’t designed to do so! Thank you for all your work

It may be true that the energydensity of our biology is very high, but the power fluctuations we can survive or the mind controlled power output of our biology are actually extremely low. Even a fall from 20m height due to accelleration from gravity is fatal for us. Or a 10W matchbox sized electroshocker which just shocks burte force could easily overpower a humen. And in terms of physics gravity and electromagnetic forces are the weakest of all forces. We are actually very weak and delicate on a physical spectrum, the thing that made us survive is actually the intelligence and cooperation. AI systems will have it quite easy to wipe us out if it is able to comprehend and use physics or cooperate with other systems. But hey i gues its allready to late, so i might aslo listen to someone how gives me a good gut feeling. Even though its completly irrational, guess i should stop that tough.

It seems so intuitive... Nature's intelligence lies in diversity. If you only have one species feeding exclusively on sunlight, like a microbial mat, the top layer hogs all the sunlight and the bottom layer dies off. So the middle layer has to evolve to feed on both sunlight and the dead organic matter of the bottom layer, lest it meet the same fate as the bottom layer. Repeat the process for 3 billion years and you have an incredible amount of diversity. As with the microbial mat though, if any species gets too dominant, it begins to compete with itself and ultimately evolve in order to survive so that it no longer needs to feed on itself. The more diverse your diet, the greater your intelligence. But diet isn't just food, it's the things you touch, the air you breathe, and even the things you hear, see, and feel. We can share each other's thoughts and feelings. Our communication is quorum sensing, just the next level up from the bacteria in our guts.

Love this & thank you. Question: so if viruses are simply genetic download.. what is a plague? What is an infection? Nature creates from life or the recently dead. In that light what or who lives/dies is not as impactful as in a human perspective. Nature is all love if yet she also has teeth & claws don’t underestimate her

"Is it really artificial intelligence? It's gotta be inteligence. We created it, we are nature. Nothing's separate from nature. Is it really artificial or is it just our technology catching up to the expression of biology? Ultimately intelligence is intelligence and if we created it it's not separate from nature. The Oxford English dictionary I believe is wrong. If we created it it is nature and we are nature. And so all we're doing is bringing our technology in line with biological intelligence."
