EPIK Apartment Tour! Rent-Free EPIK Apartment with OCEAN VIEW! | Busan, South Korea

Hey there!
This is the ultimate apartment tour of my RENT-FREE EPIK apartment with an ocean view in Busan, South Korea that was provided to me through the EPIK program!
As an EPIK teacher, you are provided with a free apartment until your contract ends (which you can also renew every year!).
I’ve been living in this apartment for about a year and a half now and thought I should do a proper tour!

During breaks or holidays like if the school is closed for summer or Christmas... your apartment is still paid for right? Especially when returning for another year or during that period before your new contract do you have to cover it

Yes! Your school will continue to pay for your apartment even when it's closed for the holidays. Your housing is covered until your contract expires, which you can always renew for another year. If you don't like your apartment, you also have the option of finding your own place to live and your school will subsidize the cost up to ~400,000 won.

Hey there, so the program that I'm with, EPIK, pays for my rent. The only thing I have to pay for are electricity, water, and gas. I live near Hadan which is in the western part of Busan. Hope that helps

Hello there! To teach for EPIK, you have to come from a country where the national language is English. So for example, people from countries such as America, Canada, Australia, The UK, and South Africa are eligible to apply. Hope that helps
