In college I had a tonic clonic seizure and was diagnosed with epilepsy. It’s the best thing that ever happened to me. Medication now completely controls this malady and another diagnosis as well. In school I was accused of occasionally being an inattentive student. My epilepsy medication allowed me to realize that my moments of inattentiveness was not something everyone gets but were epileptic absence mals. With my medication this is a problem I no longer have to deal with.

Congratulations, thats amazing. I'm hoping that someday they'll find a physical cause for my seizures too. They only started when I was 19

Cheers 4 this... My seizures have been 99.9% Nocturnal! Followed by wandering/sleep walking which is so baffling & frightening. Never recall any of it either, but am on 3 different medS for it now. All the best...✌️

When Molly is ready, I want to recruit her to be a pharmacist. I am a pharmacist, my specialty is neurology / epilepsy. She is excellent. Go Molly!

Hi, this is me! Thank you so much! I'm actually in school to become a teacher! Unfortunately, chemistry and biology were never my forté, and I think would make me a lousy pharmacist.

Great talk Molly, I ended up with CPS and am now having drop seizures after numerous blows to the head in 2005 by my partner at the time. It certainly changes your life that's for sure. All we can do is keep going and stay strong.

Hey thanks. My friend has epilepsy. Trying to understand him, so went online to find clues. This was helpful. Thanks.

Thank you for educating yourself! It means so much to those of us with epilepsy to have friends who care enough to do research, to learn more. 💜 I'm glad you found my TED talk helpful.

Oh my god! I knew a girl with those jolts in the morning. She never knew she had seizures. Well, we all thought it was a quirky thing she did.
