I simply love my Epiphone Greeny in every way, shape and form. This guitar is everything I've wanted in a guitar. It nails the bluesy vibe and it will shred just like Gary use to shred on the original. Fantastic job Epiphone.

I do have the Gibson version ($3200 Standard) that I love. I thought this was a good idea, still do. Makes it more accessible for some.

I've been a bit jaded concerning Epiphone after buying a used Es-335 Pro. The nut was filed at all different heights, of course I missed it at first. My bad. But I know the previous owner wasn't refiling the nut lol THIS video reoriented me to the excellent work Epiphone can do, and shows what a fine guitar you get for the money spent!

It wasn’t a stellar top, but the lighting is pretty poor. Doesn’t really do it justice.

It sounds awesome and your playing is great! I think the top is a bit too yellow for my liking, but I also realize how the lighting can make them look different. I have a few Gibson LPs with stellar tops but they don’t always look that great on video. Very cool though.

I swapped out the pick ups out of my ‘59 and bought a set of ‘Greeny’ pick ups. Sold the old set and saved myself $500. Okay it’s not a Gibson Greeny but my take was Moore and Green didn’t play an Epiphone back in the day so what the heck 🤷‍♀️
