Anybody who is "successful" will not tell you that you need rest. Atleast, not , the ones you see promoted in the mainstream. That is why voices like that of Mr. Barnett are necessary! We need people, specifically men saying the right, and balanced things in a society where that is almost non existent. "I'll sleep when i die" "sleep is the cousin of death" " i only sleep 4 hours a night" etc. This is what some of us have grown up with. Good job, keep spreading the right message!!!!

On point. We have to forgive our parents and grandparents because the know how and tools weren’t there. Can we really blame the media? We are the ones who allowed these athletes and rapers to be the voice of reason. Through Music and their stories about their up bringing. So is it fair to say the other fortunate black men didn’t step up. And say we all who are successful now, had fathers in the home or our mothers kept it real by not being on drugs....Who’s really to blame? Otherwise love Jay, seen him on My Future Wifey, vlogs show.
