I love this. As believers did you find a church there?
@goanddogoodАй бұрын
Hiiii! I will be honest and say it’s pretty difficult to find believers in Spain (or Europe in general!). We did end up finding a good American international church here in Madrid but it definitely is a different process than finding a church in the U.S. and the majority of our believer friends here are Americans living here in Spain.

Good day Meg and many thanks for the valuable content you provide. I wonder, as Christians, how do you feel about living in mainly secular society Spain is and the atheist worldview it might impose on your boys? P.S. we're a Christian family currently living in Canada and considering move to Spain. Thus, I have many questions on my mind. Kind regards.

Hi! Thank you so much and so nice to connect. This is a really important topic to us so I’m glad to chat about it. While it’s definitely different than living in a thriving non-denominational Christian area of the U.S., we have found other believers along with a great church. We also have a wonderful Christian school which is why we are here in Madrid, that is in the same network as our U.S. Christian school. I’d love to connect more. Can you email meg@goanddogood.com?

Hi! We actually spent one month in Spain and learned that we loved it so we moved back six weeks later. No time to learn in advance. We spent those six weeks finding a renter, quitting a job and packing to leave 😜. We’re learning now!
