Thanks for this really helpful - did you manage to run the new liner down the existing? Are those liner 'centering clips' (don't know what the correct name for them is) only required if the chimney has a swan neck? Cheers

Yes, went down the existing liner. Those spacers are good for a square chimney to stop the liner bouncing around on brickwork

I wouldn’t think so, however the client is considering upgrading at some point, but the charge time seems to be quite good when I was there

Thanks Graham, it’s a 60kw and it does 1/5th of the total property. 4 floors and mega high ceilings, all single glazed.
