Hey DO! Ever since I began watching this podcast last year, I've seen major improvements in my day-to-day work habits & priorities as a loan officer! Just great stuff bro! Can you make a video on the best follow up scripts for loan officers trying to convert prospective borrowers into loan applications? My follow-up game can use you improvement and I believe it could be the difference between 2-4 applications per month and 6-8 application per month for other loan officers as well.

Hey Guys! I started listening in March when I was thinking about becoming an LO. I am now licensed and going back using your podcasts as a resource. I listened to ep. 53 again this morning because I was dreading cold calling new realtors today. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and helping a girl out!

Last night listening!!! 👂🏽 I just ended my 2 week as a loan officer. This podcast is my go to. And inspiration. I started listening way before I even took my SAFE exam. This podcast made me actually understand the mortgage industry back when I knew ZERO. Thank you for your effort and knowledge. I’m a forever fan. Here before you guys have millions of subs!

You guys rock I am on track to do 40-45 million this year and after almost 14 years I’m finding my way and treating it like a business. I’m being transparent because I have met many who aren’t- you guys are doing amazing work and the better we all are as professionals the longer we stay around and have the opportunity to serve. Excellent content 🖤🙏🏾🔥Listening and learning

No way you make 40-45 million, the average salary is 60k according to Google, And also how much money will I make as a rookie?
@DemonMuziker3 жыл бұрын
@@BernieSanders-bn5dk Thats how much loans he sales not his salary. 0.1 percent make more than 1 million dollars years in salary. Average you can make 45k to 75k. 1 percent makes 180k to 250k. It takes time to make millions of dollar. Don't get into this business just for money or you will fail.

Oh my Delta, southwest 💼I’m kidding but with truth. I flew every month last year a family of 4 to Naples-Fort Myers. It took 1 united ✈️ and ty. The consistency definitely get what you pay for however, I switched to spirit and frontier no major issues but definitely I understood the assignment. Be prepared for the unexpected with them😂. I’m going to continue to learn and grow with you all over here. I’m hearing that basically we can be as great in this industry as we want and it boils down to our effort and skills development?
