8: 18. There is no rapture coming. Yeshua will begin His eternal reign as King of kings on the earth on the Day of Trumpets when He returns. He is not, within any short time, going back to Heaven. He is not taking anyone to Heaven, then returning to Earth to resume reigning as King of the Earth. There are no Scriptures to support the man-imagined rapture. The Scriptures used to support such a belief don't say that. Those few who rise in the air to meet Yeshua will travel with Him that Day and will be with Him as He stands on the Mountain of Olives. On the Earth. And even if there were a future rapture, all those millions of people believing they will be a part of it Wouldn't be anyway. Because they are not obeying their Creator. Yehovah's weekly Sabbath is on the 7th Day. There are 7 Scriptures commanding the 7th Day Sabbath. Exodus 20: 10. Exodus 23: 12. Exodus 31: 15 and 16. Exodus 35: 2. Leviticus 23: 3. Genesis 2: 2 and 3. There are 0 Scriptures commanding a weekly sun day observance. 0.

Psalm 51:11 (BSB) Cast me not away from Your presence; take not Your Holy Spirit from me. When King David was rebuked by Prophet Nathan and he began to repent to the LORD, David pleaded that the Holy Spirit not be taken from him. For David knew, that his life was only his life because of the LORD (1Chron17:2). What happens when the Holy Spirit is taken from you? Ask (Judge/Warrior) Samson (Judges16:20). But even then, humble yourself and repent! Samson was restored at the end of his life to the LORD; but what heartache his poor choices caused in his life and for all those around him (tribe/nation). Ask King Saul (1Sam16:14). So many examples throughout Scripture! Even, as stated, to the book of Revelation!

Shalom Aleichem, Thanks for the teaching! So many of our dear brothers and sisters in the body of Yeshua Hamashiach belive in a pre-tribulation rapture, which is not Biblical. Traditionally, the rapture will occur with the resurrection at the end of all days. There is a prior resurrection of those under the Altar of G-d, ie the tribulation saints; however, the remnant of mankind will see the coming of our Lord and Saviour. Baruch HaShem! I was looking this up prior to todays study and was somewhat suprised that only 3 times and we have such a large number of people who do not even know that Yeshua was called just that, ( Yeshua is Salvation) and was the Anointed one to come the Messiah. Tribulation is not the same as wrath. He is resurrecting the dead in Messiah and transforming us right before that wrath. It seems He will hide us away in Jerusalem while He does his big work of judgement/wrath.

Lol i stumbled apon your ministry a few months back, and through my OWN reading of Yahuah's word, i had come to the conclusion that were are to live as Jews who believe in Yashuah Ha'mashiac, The Prince of Peace. Do you believe that the Bible is absolute truth and the Way, HIS WAY. Do you truly believe it is the fathers will that we preform, " dress rehearsals" in keeping HIS appointed times, "HIS WAY"? If so then please explain to me how we can do these things according to HIS commandments? Please compare what the Father actually commands us to do, to those customs and traditions currently being kept today. I'm going to give you a cooking analogy; The Father loves HIS people and for their faithful obedience HE decided to give them several gifts of celebration all according to HIS appointed times. The Father then gave HIS people the several recipes, specific directions for them to follow for each of HIS appointed Feasts. Each of those Feasts required these special ingredients that must be used and nowhere in that recipe, (Scripture) did the Father mention that HIS people could substitute or add any other ingredient into that recipe. But because HIS people became complacent and disobedient they separated themselves from the Father and coveted other worldly things. The Father became angry with HIS people so HE took away HIS gift of celebration at HIS appointed times. HE removed the ability for HIS people to access those special ingredients that can only come from HIM. HE removed HIS blessings until such a time when they willingly come back to HIM. So what does HIS people do? They decide they don't want to wait and they are going to worship the Father their own way. People begin substituting in their own ingredients and adding their own customs and traditions which the Father never ordained. Its like children doing sweet things for their parents because they want to get out being grounded, doing it for their own selfish reasons. There is no good reason not to study and teach how we are to keep the Fathers appointed times, in fact we are commanded to do just that. At the same time there is no just reason, no biblical evidence that suggests the Father instructs HiS people are to modify and keep HIS feasts in any other manner than the way HE commanded us to. If you can please provide me with any biblical evidence that teaches that I'm in error I would appreciate it immensely. Shabbat Shalom

Greetings Monte, greatly appreciate your recent Messianic teachings geared towards Christians. A couple points in question. Does it seem feasible that believers in Yeshuah AKA the Bride of Christ which is the body of Christ are required to be beaten up during the first half of the 7 year tribulation period before believers are acceptable to be taken (raptured). It is also my understanding that non-believing Jews and Gentiles will endure the tribulation and many more will turn to accepting Christ. Has not G-d always held back a remanent in various times in history, makes sense He does it again as the 144,000.

Do not agree with your interpretation of Romans 9:26. I believe that applies to the lost House of Israel. Gentiles are grafted in, to what God had already created in Abraham. There is one way for every one and that is the cross.

I'm very confused, Monte said that some people want to do things the way they want to do them and not according to the way Yahuah commanded. Well, I was just reviewing the appointed time in Torah, (something I challenge everyone to do the same) and I came to realize that we are keeping the Fathers Feasts according to what seems right in our own eyes and not according to the way Yah commanded us to keep them. We are modifying the Fathers Feast commandments by adding our own traditions and customs to replace animal sacrifice and because we don't have access to things like a lamb of the first year without spot or the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook. This made me look at the consequences Israel suffered for sinning against the Father and nowhere in scripture does it say the Israel kept the feasts while they were under judgement, not when they wandered 40 years in the wilderness nor when either of the Temples were destroyed. I cannot find one passage in scripture anywhere where anyone stated that we are instructed to modify and keep the feasts as best we can even though we can't keep them the way the father commanded us to keep them. If I'm wrong please provide me with the biblical evidence because I cannot find it. I would encourage you to read the Book of Amos to receive the full context of blessings for obedience of Yahuah's commandments and curses are the consequences for disobedience. The Feasts of the appointed times are a blessing for obedience but Israel is still under judgement of the MOST HIGH so we are not to keep them. Amos 5: 20-27 20Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it? 21I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies. 22Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts. 23Take thou away from me the noise of thy songs; for I will not hear the melody of thy viols. 24But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream. 25Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel? 26But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves. 27Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith the LORD, whose name is The God of hosts. Hosea 2 And now will I discover her lewdness in the sight of her lovers, and none shall deliver her out of mine hand. 11I will also cause all her mirth to cease, her feast days, her new moons, and her sabbaths, and all her solemn feasts. 12And I will destroy her vines and her fig trees, whereof she hath said, These are my rewards that my lovers have given me: and I will make them a forest, and the beasts of the field shall eat them. 13And I will visit upon her the days of Baalim, wherein she burned incense to them, and she decked herself with her earrings and her jewels, and she went after her lovers, and forgat me, saith the LORD. What I can say is even though we cannot righteously keep the appointed this does not mean we cannot righteously study and teach them and also acknowledge them at their appointed times. Deuteronomy 4, 6 and 11 is about studying and teaching Fathers commandments and Psalms 78 is the father telling HIS people to hear and keep HIS teachings. Shabbat Shalom, much love and blessings

I think you might be stuck in the Greek mindset of form over function. The Hebrew mindset is function over form. It has always been a heart issue. God does not want us to serve him or even pray while we are blatantly living in sin. "He who turns away his ear from hearing the Torah, Even his prayer is an abomination." Proverbs 28:9 The word "hearing" in that verse is shema. Shema means to hear and OBEY. Because we are living in exile with no functioning temple, there are certain things we cannot do (nor should we attempt). There are certain aspects of the feasts that we can do, and we should try to do the best we can where we're at. If you are worshipping idols, AND trying to keep the Father's feast days(as was the case in the passages you quoted), then they would be an abomination. It would be the same thing in a marriage if a wife tries to seduce her husband even when he knows she has been cheating on him. The husband would be repulsed by her advancement towards him. However in a marriage with a faithful wife the husband would be pleased with her advancement even if she doesn't always make the meals with the exact "ingredients" that he perfers. Please provide me with any passages where the Yahuah, Yeshua, patriarch or prophet said that it is permitted to modify the Fathers commandments? Please show me where it is written that man people can add their own customs and traditions to the Fathers commandments? It is clear to me that people who do and teach these customs and traditions, do so for their own selfish reasons, believing it makes them more righteous in the eyes of Yahuah rather than those who choose to worship according to what is exactly written in the Law. There is a very good reason why these following 4 verses were added to the Holy Word of Yah and its for those with eyes to see and ears to hear. Deuteronomy 4:2 "Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you. Deuteronomy 12:32 "What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it." The next warning is given by Yeshua in HIS book of Revelation 22:18-19 "For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book." @rocco9611 I agree with Deut 4, 12, and Rev 22. Don't add to or take away from the law. I am not advocating that, and neither is Monte that I have heard. As far as traditions and customs, I am not for or against them necessarily. As far as I can tell, scripture isn't necessarily for or against traditions either except when they are held higher than and/or effectively nullify the law. When men try to force their traditions and customs on others, that is when Yeshua would condemn them. Obviously, any traditions that cause one to break any commandments are not ok. You have to be careful with your line of reasoning. You seem to be using one of the anti-nomian arguments: that because there are aspects of the law we can not keep, therefore we shouldn't keep any of it. There are aspects of the feasts that we can keep, so we should do those. The aspects that we can't keep we don't do. It's pretty straightforward. The function of the feast days is to be a rememberance of what Yah has done and what he will do in the future. The best way to teach and learn anything is to DO it. Heart of the law over letter of the law. Function over form. P.s. you asked for an example of where it is ok to "modify the law" in scripture. Here's one example: And He said to them, “Have you never read what Dawiḏ did when he had need and was hungry, he and those with him? How he went into the House of Elohim, while Eḇyathar was high priest, and ate the showbread, which is not right to eat, except for the priests, and he gave it also to those who were with him? And He said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath. Mark 2:25‭-‬27 See 1 Samuel 21 for the whole story. Nowhere is scripture does the it say that people are permitted to substitute their own customs and traditions for what the Father removed. Customs and traditions in themselves are not bad its when they are injected into scripture that makes them sinful. Monte stated that if man was to partake of the Passover that man would have to wear a kippah he also advocates for the passover seder plate neither of which have any part in the passover. The way I see it, people who believe that they can modify Yahuah's Laws fit the definition of Antinomianism. I am defending the Law, I'm advocating keeping the Law as it is written. Nothing I have said remotely implies that because there are aspects of the law that we cannot keep, we shouldn't keep any of it. That is a blatant misrepresentation of what I said and you should be ashamed for implying it! You should actually understand the definition of Antinomianism before accusing others of it. The feasts were not only given as celebratory timings in remembrance of past blessings from Yahuah, and as signs that point toward future blessings, they were also given as commandments. So the question is how can we possible do the commandments when they can't be kept according to what the Father commanded because of the punishment that was given by the Father? The father took away our right to celebrate the feasts because of our sins, but that does not mean we should not study and teach those commandments so that we are ready for that day when the Father allows us once again to keep the Feasts according to HIS commandments. It also doesn't mean we have the right to substitute in our own customs and traditions, there is absolutely no provision given in scripture to do so. Did you actually read 1 Samuel 21, verses 3-5 in particular? Do you not know what Yeshua was saying in (Matthew 12:1-8; Mark 2:23-28; Luke 6:1-5)? Yeshua understood that David was under the Melchizedek priesthood, it may not be the same as the Aaronic one, but it is superior to it as even Abraham offered tithes to the Melchizedek priesthood. This means that the Father who know's all allowed David to eat the showbread because he was undefiled and righteous, and even able to share it with his companions they as he was his right. Read Psalms 110, is it not through the line of King Davis that Yeshua becomes the Great High Priest the King of Kings and the Lords of Lords? The Pharisee's and other unlearned men decided that it was unlawful for David to eat the showbread but Yeshua knew otherwise. The Law was not modified and it was not broken and the Father did not punish the Ahimelech, David nor his companions because non had broken the Law. The scriptures state that there must be consequences for all sin does it not? So, if there was no consequence there was no sin. Shalom,

@rocco9611 is it possible to eat lamb, unleavened bread, and bitter herbs on the evening of Abib 14 as is commanded? Is it possible to eat unleavened bread for seven days and honor the high Sabbaths by not working? Is it possible to go camping with fellow believers on Tishrei 15 for 8 days and honor the high Sabbaths? Etc..... Explain to me why doing any of those things is breaking the law. As far as me and the people I fellowship with; we do the best we can, where we're at, with what we got. You do you. I'm not your elder, and you're not mine. I don't consider myself under Monte either, although I do appreciate many of his teachings. Although I would recommend you prayerfully consider keeping the feasts to the best of your ability, it's not my place to judge you for not. For me, keeping the feasts has been a joy and a blessing, and I've learned so much by doing.

You are absolutely correct. The feasts will be perfectly fulfilled as spoken by Moses and Jesus! That is why Paul says the coming of the Lord will be announced by "the Last Trump". This is the final trump on the tenth day of the feast of trumpets. It is a day no one will be able to predict because the darkness and gloom (Amos 5:19) will not allow the priest to announce a new day. J. M. M.

If this is to take place in the fall, what about Matthew 24:20? Pardon me for asking but this has always confused me because of this scripture when I hear Messianics talk about this prophecy. I don't believe anyone knows the day or time, I trust in God that he will see that no harm comes to the elect.

I’ve heard Yom Teruah/Trumpets referenced as “no one knows the day or hour” because it’s beginning is based on the sighting of the new moon, which nobody knows until it’s seen. This is my take on it, the Lord tells us we will know the signs/seasons, gives us what to look for, but we still don’t know the day or hour. I think of it like “my in-laws usually visit in the summer based on history and what they have said, but I don’t know the day or hour when.” That doesn’t mean I’m blind to all the other info. I think the church takes that one phrase and established an entire doctrine on it and it’s incomplete. I hope that gives some perspective to pray through.

@@RealDefinitionsMatter Thank you, I have heard this too. I guess what confuses me are the season and the months. If in scripture the festivals happen during certain seasons which I do believe they do which pertain to harvest such as first fruits and Sukkot it gets confusing. Is it possible to snow in September or October? Maybe or perhaps this Greek word cheimōnos does not even mean snow (as I would know winter) but rain? IDK but the new moon would come eventually not after several seasons. This whole "the church" is off-putting because I can't even get direct answers from them either. I've been praying on this issue for decades, seeking men wether Christian or Jew and neither give me direct answers to my questions, when I pray about it the Holy Spirit just says remain in me and you will not miss the mark.

The scripture referenced actually says, "OF" or "ABOUT" or "CONCERNING" that day or hour, no one knows. Only one translation I found turns the translation to "WHEN," and it's quite a twist from the other translations. It seems we are given clear signs, but some aspects of what's coming will be surprising, unexpected, not revealed before. This is backed by other prophetic scriptures.

@@Falconress49 The scripture that I referenced Matthew 24:20 exhorts believers to pray that our flight doesn't happen in the winter or on the Sabbath. The sabbath I have no contention about it is the "winter" that conflicts with this prophetic understanding of a festival that comes at the end of summer beginning of Fall. Why would Jesus ask us to pray for the flight not to take place a season later? It is that conflict I find confusing. I am thinking logically here, not that I wish to know the day because I do not, I must maintain full faith in the Lord our God for his redemption when this takes place. But I certainly want to pray for all believers when Christ exhorts me to pray about it. Perhaps I've relied on others to have this same concern, but have found no one? Thank you for your reply.
